The place was fairly clean, perfectly clean and huge rooms. The location was central, particularly good to the metro station on the right side of the road. It was also so close to Florida Street, and the red and green metro lines.
Internet connection was weak, made me a little nervous.

The location is UNBEATABLE. Everything is right there and everything can be walked to. The whole theater area is around the corner. There are cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, places to eat, pharmacies, kiosks, bookstores, etc. Also the historical sites are minutes away on foot. The staff is very friendly and cordial. Cleanliness is very good.. Safe area to walk at night.. I walked around everything because it's equidistant from many points of interest.. I'll be back for sure!
The amenities were ugly. Shampoo, very ugly toilet paper, horrible soap.. Breakfast might have more fruit options but I understand that in winter it might be difficult to get.. The room I had was overlooking a very ugly hole but as I only got to sleep I didn't give it any importance. In the hotel you can hear everything The steps, the doors, the voices, the elevator, EVERYTHING It's very undiscreet

Personal es muy servidor y super amenable, habitacion es limpia, restaurante al lado, hay equipo regulado del aire acondicionado mas ventilador. Hay microonda solo en lobby. helpful and courteous staff, clean room, there is a restaurant nearby, room is equipped with air conditioning and fan. There is a microwave in the lobby.
Room is not worth its while, equipped cheap, owner of a cheapskate. The closet stinks of damp, the beds are small, the room is without microwave. There's only 1 sofa in the lobby for 3 people, and it's not enough to provide a comfortable wait in the lobby.

Very good attention from the staff. Excellent and varied American breakfast. Excellent cleanliness and very friendly cleaning staff. The bathroom has very good water pressure. The beds are very comfortable, we stay in a double bed. We went there for work purposes and were able to leave things at the reception on the last day until our bus left. They have an elevator. Excellent location two blocks from the shopping centers, near the Abasto Shopping Center and several places to go to eat. Close to businesses open 24hs. The Internet connection on the fourth floor, at least, did not arrive well. We could not use the service. It picks up well at the Cafe and at the reception. Recommended for those who travel for pleasure, families and those who go shopping or work.
The Wi-Fi system. I had no connection, at least on the fourth floor, which is where we stayed (room 402). Apart from that, we didn't find any other problem when we stayed. Everything is excellent.

is the second time we've stayed at the hotel and stay has been... good. Good cleaning service, strategic location for shopping, walking. safe and they let you leave your luggage in the luggage room if you have to leave and your flight or trip does not coincide with the check out time. You can make early check in if there are rooms available. Well equipped rooms: shower with good pressure,. bathtub, clean towels, shampoo, rinse, soaps, hair dryer,. refrigerator, air conditioning, other bedspreads, closet with hangers, a. luxury. Excellent price/quality ratio.
Everything was excellent, except for breakfast. I choose the hotels based on. this service because I have to start the day off right because we walk. a lot of shopping at different places on the Eleven. The first time we had chosen it for the American breakfast, we decided to repeat the experience, but to our surprise the dining room was not available. We had to go to another dining room around the corner from the hotel, which didn't have half the things we had before. It lacked everything. what I consume (ignoring the coffee with milk): fruit, ham, croissants. salted, scrambled egg. Truly a bucket of cold water, because breakfast was included and did not specify that it had changed.

Confort, location, good staff.
I have stayed in this hotel in the past and i can say there´s one thing that was not so good as it used to be: breakfast. In the past there were more options to choose from in breakfast.

Easy access to public transportation, nearby shops, well-maintained facilities
The odd policy of returning key cards at the front desk every day is quite inconvenient!!!

A Hidden Gem in Buenos Aires!
I had an amazing 3-night stay as a solo traveler in a double room. The staff's kindness and a cozy onsite restaurant. I recommend trying the local dishes for a taste of authentic Buenos Aires. Don't expect luxury but embrace the charm!

The pool area was a great spot to chill and catch some sun too. One small thing was that some staff spoke limited English, but everything else made up for it 😊
